So Jaden instantly fell in love with the baby chicks at Big R (as did I). I decided I needed to be assertive if we were going to make this happen. I called my mom and told her how much Jaden loved these little guys and was already kissing them in the store. I told her to get a coop ready because I was bringing some to the farm the next time I visited. I immediately sent a picture. Well. Within a week the plan was a go..."chickens for the grandkids!" Jaden and his cousin Maddie got to help pick out eight furry little chickies. This weekend, his world revolves around them!
