This post is "All About Jaden." The quick stats: Jaden is seven. He's in 2nd grade at Broadwater School and his teacher is Mrs. Gransberg. Here she is with him on the first day of school.

Jaden's new friends this year are twins named Ryan and Kyle.

I don't know what it is about friends in multiples but his good friends in kindergarten were two boys who were part of a triplet. Here they all were in kindergarten with another friend.
Jaden decided that instead of doing gymnastics this fall, he wanted to try martial arts. We checked out one in the heights but it had a very large class and there was a lot of standing around. However, we found that we really like the place that the twins go. So a Tuesday in the life of Jaden goes something like this. After school, Jaden hangs out with the twins and their mom for 1 1/2 hours until martial arts starts. This is nice because it gives mom a couple extra hours to sleep. Jaden's grandparents in Utah paid for his uniform and Gramum already sewed the patch on it. I'll take a picture of him in it and post it.
Then on Wednesdays, Jaden has Boy Scouts. Jaden is excited to go on his first overnight campout on October 22 outside of Red Lodge at Timberline. He gets to sleep in a cabin so he won't quite be roughing it!
Jaden usually goes out to Belfry on Saturdays and Sundays. He gets a ride back in on Monday morning with Poppy on his way to work. They have to leave Belfry by 5:30 so it's an early morning but Gramum usually stays the night after working and is there at 6:30 when he arrives. Jaden likes going out to Belfry because it usually means that he gets to spend time with his bestie Spencer. He seems him at church and then begs to be able to play in the afternoon. We think the Jacobson's are fab-u-lous!
